In this paper transducer technology,information process technology,virtual instrument technology are used to research on Dynamic Weighting.This paper presents mathematical model of Dynamic Weighting and the concept of simulation power of Dynamic Weighing.This paper also designs a simulation power of Dynamic Weighing and develops a weight monitoring system on packaging production line.This system is used to research on Dynamic Weighting.Simulation structure power of Dynamic Weighing uses virtual instrument to research on Dynamic Weighting.Simulation structure power include mechanism device of the balance,part of the production line,response of goods,response of the mechanism and power frequency disturbance.Users can construct feature signal on virtual instrument signal power from output channal to eletricity detect unit.This paper depicts a dynamic weighting device on production line,analysis constitute of dynamic weighting device and give mathematics model of the structure signal power:uses MCU and D/A converters constitute the output-channal of the structure power,MCU and computer could be integrated by RS232 serial interfaces,then achieve the simulation output.Function of the virtual instrument include:uses MATLAB to complete the analysis,simulation and the manmachine interface.Last make a compare between the simulation signal and the measure signal.Experimental prototype is builduped by mechanical parts and electronic components.In this paper present mechanical parts of the experimental prototype and discuss the electronic components of the principle experimental prototype.The experimental prototype of electronic parts including signal conditioning and measurement circuit,MCU,filter,data processing and virtual instrument.Last this paper test the Static characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the experimental prototype.
