At the age of technical homogenization, pure functional product is not nearly enough for people to enjoy "modern product". Along with social economy's quick development and growth in the living standard, life style and ideology have been changed greatly because of international integration, which make people chase after more and more nonmaterial things like high-class taste and rich connotation. So it's becoming important for producers to establish well-known trademarks and to found corporate cultures and to exploit unique product full of corporation characters. Some famous international enterprises can keep their product's consistency in the process of developing. That means customers can feel some same things at the sight of the products of the same enterprise. This kind of identity behavior helps to form the called "brand" and to a great extent make people loyal to this "brand", from which the enterprise will easily benefit a lot. Thus it has become one of the enterprise's most important jobs to design its own product with unique characters and taste and to keep its product's "family identity"This dissertation aims at how to keep innovation and consistency in product designing. Considering uncertainty in people's identity behavior, a new research method named DNA-six-elements-analysis-in-designing is established based on fuzzy concept. First, the research frame of design DNA is formed which is derived from the biological DNA concept; Second, based on the relative theories of product semantics, design morphology and current design DNA research, the concept and six elements of DNA-six-elements-analysis-in-designing are founded and the research frame and research content are fixed; Third, considering uncertainty in people's identity behavior, based on fuzzy concept, a fuzzy identification method is used to identify the enterprise design DNA set, meanwhile a fuzzy judgment method is used to validate the rightness of the found design DNA set. This is the innovation point of this dissertation; Finally, according to this new method, a partial research on target project is carried on and new product is developed according to the research result.DNA-six-elements-analysis-in-designing is a method based on enterprise product design. It can help the enterprise collect its own design DNA set and identify whether some certain design element belongs to the enterprise's own DNA set or not. Also it can help designers keep innovation and consistency in their long time designing. At the same time, it gives some theoretic support on the relative research field.
