| Historic conservation district is not only a major component of old city, but also an important cultural heritage. It reflects a style of the city's political, economic, cultural and architectural in certain historical period, also it records the historical development of urban context. With the development of urbanization, as an important factor in modern city,to protect and reuse the historic buildings is becoming more and more significant to the government and professionals. Since the 1990s, research of the reuse and implementation work in domestic historic districts has been carried out step by step, in the continuous exploration and practice much valuable experience has been accumulated, also this make more successful examples. However, the protection of historic conservation district and the is still in the exploratory stage in China, the systematic development reuse research is not perfect. For example, there are some difficulties in China's ancient buildings protection because of the wood frame construction, the original material are hard to protect, the old buildings are hard to repair or reuse, there are also some problems in maintaining the original morphology and value of the buildings. And there are some contradictions in the relations between historical building blocks and modern urban development. To solve these problems, the author did a series of exploratory research in protection of Shihu Park historical conservation district combined with some successful examples.Expressed myself views and insights for reconstruction and re-use of historical conservation district.Weifang Shihu Park is not only an unique private garden in north China, but also the relatively complete private garden in Weifang currently. The historic buildings of Shihu Park suffered with varying degrees of damage for some historical reasons. To protect the urban architectural heritage, the government of Weifang has increased the protection of history and culture in Weifang Shihu Park district recent years. In 2009, the government invited national experts to demonstrate the restoration of historic buildings and protect the ancient buildings and remediate environmental.The topic of this thesis use the historical buildings renovation and restoration project as an opportunity. The author studied how to combine the reuse of the city's historic buildings streets with the modern city's development based on the perspective theory. This thesis invested the Shihu Park historic conservation district deeply, starts from contest of preservation in historic building's re-use home and abroad, pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the protection of historic buildings, then follows the guidance of Suzhou Ping Jiang road and Chengdu Kuanzhai historical conservation district's reuse practice, proposed a series of recommendations with the actual situation of Shihu Park district. Summed up as follows:adhere to the principle of conservation priorities to build the historical conservation district leading by Shihu Park, relying on local characteristics carrying out proper develop of business and tourism. At last, transform Shihu Park district into a comprehensive historic district that leading with garden culture, combined with the exhibition, tourism, catering and shopping.In the concrete implementation method, five aspects were put forth:of design and protect new and old buildings of the blocks, Landscape transformation design leading through sihupark, suggestion about Blocks public facilities design, economic development idea leading by public commercial development, tourism development idea based on the intangible cultural... |
