| Urban green space is the only subsystem which implements "accepting a filth speaking out new " negative feedback mechanism in the city ecosystem. It plays an irreplaceable role in Improving the urban ecological environment improvement and maintaining the ecological balance of the city. The construction of urban public park ecological greening network system is the premise and foundation of forest city construction and the perfect urban ecological green space system formation. Accessibility and serving area not only the standard of the ability to provide services for residents green, but also the important element of the urban public park ecological greening network system construction.Traditional appraisal system of accessibility and serving area has limitations, so this research established land use database of the center zone of Jinan, based upon RS and GIS technology, landscape ecology and urban public park ecological greening network system planning theory. A quantitative calculation of accessibility and serving area is made by using cost weighted and multiple ring buffer analysis. Then a construction program is proposed, thus constructing urban public park ecological greening network system for Jinan.1. The research on accessibility of public parks in Jinan city shows:First, based on the calculation of relative resistance, illustrates that the space distribution of the accessibility of the public green is better.Second, based on the calculation of comprehensive resistance, the area ofâ… ,â…¡only account for 51.43%, which shows that the space distribution of the accessibility is not well.Third, Unreasonable distribution of accessibility are concentrated in these larger regional population density.The central urban area of western and northern regions lack of comprehensive park, can not meet the demand.2. The research on serving area of public parks in Jinan city shows: First, the areas all of service radius of the public park within 500m only account for 28.27%. This illustrates that the space distribution of the service radius is not well.Second, through the comparison with the service radius of accessibility, we can see, the space distribution of the service radius is not well concentrated in the central urban area of western and northern regions which inâ…£,â…¤3.
