City park green space service radius is not only one of the important basis of urban green space planning, but also reflects the park green space service range, and a important index to measure city park green space service levels. With the growth of the population, many parks facing carrying pressure in service, and the environment of parks gradually deteriorated at the same time. How to handle the relationship between the city parks with residents, meeting the park service coverage and protecting its environment, has become an important problem in city park construction today. So the further analysis of its carrying capacity basis on park green space service radius, comprehensive evaluation of urban park service force to provide scientific reference for the optimization improvement of city parks has important significance for urban residents and the park itself.Taking park green space of Fuzhou urban area (Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District and Jin’an District) as the research object, Google Earth images of the graph is the main basic data of2012, using gravity model, basing on the quality of city park green space landscape itself, resistance, population distribution estimation in the main city park green space service radius, determine the service scope of park green space. Basing on the streets and the population density data and using spatial analysis function of ArcGIS to analysis the carrying capacity of the park green space service. Analysis the status quo of the ability of city park green space by using the park green space service area ratio and per capita park green space index quantitative in order to optimization of Fuzhou city park green space and the reasonable reference for the planning and construction. The main results were as follows:(1) Park green space of Fuzhou main city distribution imbalance. From the overall study area, there are more parks in the central than the around part. The difference is obvious in the administrative region, most in Gulou district and the distribution is relatively uniform. Parks in Taijiang district are mainly distribute in Minjiang and inland river coast area and the central area is "vacuum" state. The quantity of parks in Cangshan district is not enough and parks concentrate in the central area. Park distribution of the north Jin’an district is in good condition, but parks of the rest part throughout border region and the distribution is uneven.(2) The coverage of park green space service ratio is low. Service area is5692hm2, accounting for22.1%of the total area of the study area. Park green space service coverage of Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District and Jin’an District were63%,42%,14%,42%. The difference of park green space service coverage rate is big and the overall service rate is not high.(3) The rate of Park green space service meet the residents demand is low. The low population density in the study area, beside the northern of Jin’an, the park service force is scarce. In the area of high population density, there are12streets’ parks green space service coverage are less than50%. The rate of Park green space service meet the residents demand is low.(4) Parks in Fuzhou main city are generally facing large carrying pressure.12parks greenbelt area per capita exceeded5m2,accounts for only36.4%of the total number of Fuzhou city park. The carrying capacity of most parks exceeded range. The violin lake park, theme park, children park, wufeng park service within the scope of park green land area per capita were31.72m2,30.56m2,24.24m2,30.56m2, all above20m2, caused the park green space service resources waste at some point. Park green land area per capita of Wangzhuang south lake park, Yushan, South park, Cangxia park is less than1m2, facing a large carrying pressure.(5) Among them,2out of10parks of Gulou district (five phoenix park, Guoguang park) per capita green area is above5m2, facing serious carrying pressure, the number of park facing carrying capacity pressure accounted for80%of the total. There are eight parks in Taijiang district and four the carrying capacity of the parks are in the optimum range, the per capita green area of the rest four parks is only about1m2. In general, beside the three small parks, other parks’carrying pressure are not big and park green space of recreation experience is higher in Taijiang. There are seven parks in jin’an district and five parks’ per capita green area is above5m2. Carrying pressure of the city park green space is small and the park green space recreation experience is better. The per capita area is higher in the north, facing the problem of resource waste. There are seven park in Cangshan district, and three parks’carrying capacity in the optimum range. The smaller area parks face large carrying capacity pressure. The recreation experience of park of larger area is higher but the lesser area parks’ carrying pressure is relatively large.
