The air-air energy recovery equipment is a device of summer pre-cooling,winter pre-heating,recycling indoor exhaust energy,enhancing the efficiency of energy utilization under the premise of meeting indoor fresh air,whose energy-saving efficiency is apparent,especially in the areas of big difference between indoor and outdoor temperature.In this paper,based on clarifing different air-air energy recovery equipment characteristics and the mechanism of recycling energy,a new analysis method is proposed,it partitions for the analysis of air handling process in psychromestric chart,this partition puts supply air points as the real-time changed point,the outside air condition is divided into six regions in psycharometric chart,each represents a different process,theoretically analyze its annual(spring,summer,autumn.winter)energy recovery,and then puts forward the theoretical determination for the application of air-air energy recovery equipment.The results show that using air-air energy recovery equipment in particular outdoor weather conditions is energy-saving,the amount of the concrete recycling energy changes with outdoor meteorological conditions,only the design method of the tranditional winter and summer typical conditions can not correctly judge its energy-saving effect,the consumption in the transition seation must also be taken into consideration. Quantitative analysis of its energy-saving effect must be achieved by dynamic analysis throughout the year.The Dest energy consumption simulation software is used to make the building with air-air energy recovery equipment real-time simulation to get fresh air energy consumption share under outdoor air parameters,analyzes and compares fresh air energy consumption with air-air energy recovery unit or not,with sensible heat or full heat recovery equipment.Based on the analysis of the whole year,fresh air energy consumption with air-air energy recovery equipment in transition season ia mainly studied,by mean of data,fresh air energy consumption with air-air energy recovery equipment is illustrated.In the heat exchanger test rig,fresh air energy consumption with air-air energy recovery unit under winter and summer conditions is tested,compare the fresh air load data with the DeST simulation results to make a conclusion that using DeST can really realize fresh air energy consumption simulation with air-air energy recovery equipment under different working conditions,which has verified the feasibility of theoretical analysis and DeST simulation.the topic research results have the certain reference value on the application of different regions and fresh air treatment in transition season by air-air energy recovery equipment.This subject is a sub subject of significant plan project of science and technology department in china, which is "Research of Thermal Recovery technology of Indirect Evaporative air-conditioning" (Number 2008-K1-29)...
