Since the 80's of 20th century, with the development in high speed of heat exchange technique, the energy utilization becomes more and more efficiently. The successive research and application of every kind of novel, high efficient heat changers bring enormous social economic performance. Now days, people give more focus on the research and development of energy conservation equipments. The research of plate-finned heat exchanger began from the 50's of 20th century. Large quantity plate-finned heat exchangers are needed in the field of industry and they are in the trend of larger ones, which are strong propulsion to the research, experiment and design, as well as making. The current application of plate-finned heat exchanger is very extensive, which are used as heat exchanger or heat recovery in the field of air conditioning.In recent years, room air conditionings get large popularity. There are more than 100 percent families in large and middle cities have room air conditionings. From the beginning of 90's, the production of room air conditionings increases at the average speed of 48% annually. From 2002, the annually room air conditionings' installed capacity increases more than 1,000 million. The air conditionings usually run at the peak load and enlargement the valley between on-peak and off-peak load, as well as aggravate the shortage of electric energy supply. The energy conservation of room air conditionings permits no neglect less and less. It is worthy of paying attention to is that there is no fresh air intake except window air conditionings. With the higher gas tightness of tenement, such air condition will doubtless bring the very disadvantageous influence to the health of people.Fresh air heat recovery air conditioning is creatively researched, which can make intake fresh air exchange heat with exhaust air in the heat exchanger and then preheat or precool the fresh air.
