In order to utilize renewable energy and protect the atmospheric environment and making the human society sustainable development has becaming the various countries' research hotspot. In this paper, recycling low-temperature waste heat source is the main purposes, and realizing that the generator outputs constant pressure constant frequency voltage under the circumstance of scroll expander speed changing.Twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator is with the feather of variable speed constant frequency generating, so it is very suitable to waste heat generation system. Through controlling excitation current frequency of excitation motor to ensure power motor output power frequency unchanged that the generator can realise variable speed constant frequency generating. This generator is not typical of brush and sliping, but it is with firm structure and reliablility and Suitable for hostile working environment, due to energy can flow two-way, the generator can realise the possibility of adjusting active power and reactive power independently. In this paper, working principles and basic structure of scroll expander and twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator have been analyzed, characteristic experiment of scroll expander has been done, mathematical models of twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator rotor mechanical speed and stator synchronous speed have been estabished, based on it, vector control method of twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator in heat power generation system has been put forward, the model of twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator is simulated and then variable speed and constant frequency control strategy are also presented and then designed for simulation study.above the theoretical analysis, not only the simulation of twin stator brushless doubly-fed generator has been proceeded, but hardware experimental platform of has been built that consists of kinds of circuit schematics design, selection of kinds of devices and compare, PCB board manufacture and test. Subsequently, experiment has been tested which verified the feasibility of the experimental generation system can run in variable speed constant frequency condition.
