Research On Comprehensive Protection Characteristic Of Control And Protective Switching Of Test Device

Control and protection switching (CPS) is a control and protection multi-function electrical application, which integrates a circuit breaker, contactor, relay function. It is ability to distinguish intelligent appliances. The main technical feature is multi-functional, which monitor the work load for real time and control remote operation. Control the protection switching takes an important responsibility, which its reliable protection features is one important factor to ensure using power. In order to improve the reliability of CPS work, it needs strict factory test. The project requires the overload/short circuit protection test, the range of motion test, three-phase unbalance protection tests, leakage protection tests, such as mechanical life tests. the premise of ensure safe use of electricity is reliable protection breaking features.This paper draws on the experience of the traditional test platform. It gaves a new test theory, which sets a large number of test in an independent comprehensive test platform. In the CPS of the move, we use a form of gas transmission, the installation process. It could save labor, increase efficiency and reliability.This programs have been identified based on the test platform to build. In the test circuit with multiple switch combination in the form of the application of different tests, the action switches composed of different test lines. In the control mode is the core of industrial computer, industrial computer equipped with high-speed data acquisition card and 32 I/O card constitutes a test of this set of data acquisition and control device core. In addition, the acquisition comes with the voltage conditioning circuit and relay control section to form a CPS test platform.After the program of hardware is identified, the next step is the software design. The testing interface is designed by using Delphi software. Test interface is designed by using the Delphi components, beautifully interface, easy to operation, the program is prepared by Pascal language. The hardware controls of all connected through the graphical display on the screen. The image of intuitive is easy to understand, operated without another operation. All the status of the switches in the user interface are corresponded to the indicator light, and does not misuse the state because of it is not clearly.Finally, we do the control and protective switching actual test on the test platform. It has been proved that the test platform works well, the hazards of control and protection switching production process can be found.
