Zhejiang is rich of domestic mountain streams and illimitable steep. It is adjacent to the coast with abundant precipitation. Therefore, it has rich water resources which are distributed widely. All these make Zhejiang suitable for developing small hydropower. These small hydropower stations are adjusted by different areas and counties under adjustable mixed jurisdiction scheduling. It accounts for about 70% of the hydropower installed capacity of the whole province. Oujiang River is the second longest river of Zhejiang province. Oujiang River basin of hydropower station is being constructed and put into operation. At present, Jinshuitan, Shitang, Tankeng power stations which are situated on the upstream of Oujiang River are controlled by Zhejiang adjustable power beach pit management while Yuxi, Kaitan, Wuliting, Waixiong power stations downstream are controlled by Lishui dispatching management. Due to the fact that the right of controlling different hydropower belongs to different scheduling institutions, cascade hydropower stations in group of unified dispatching is difficult in implementation. Different levels of dispatching institutions are lack of sharing of data and information. As a result, cascade hydropower stations cannot achieve power optimization scheduling.In order to coordinate Oujiang river basin reservoir groups and use water resources in a scientific and reasonable way, we need to research on realizing unified management and scheduling in Oujiang river basin. This thesis stands on the actual situation of Zhejiang electric power grid and Oujiang river basin, systematically focuses on rivers and geographical situation, present situation of power generation and existing problems. Finally, this thesis will research on Oujiang river basin in Zhejiang province adjustable jurisdiction and Lishui cascade hydropower stations group under the jurisdiction of the provinces, and call on establishing a set of land-saving integration hydropower group optimization scheduling system. The main contributions of this paper are:(1)Present the research actuality of optimum operation for hydropower stations and Decision Support System, export the background and significance of this paper.(2)A short-time economic dispatching model of the mufti-reservoir system have been put forward, directed against the state that taking experience as basis of dispatching to mufti-reservoir system of the upper reaches of the Oujiang River group of power system.
