| The Geographic Information System (GIS) have widely used in the electric power industry. After years of efforts, electric power enterprises have developed a batch of actual GIS application System suitable for China's power industry production and management, which has played an important role in electric power production and management. According to the present situations of the power informatization development trend and the national city digitlizing construction process,accelerating and improving the power GIS application system construction, is the need of raising the level of management, enhancing service level, improving power industry level of technical development in the electric power enterprise, which is also the tendency of the whole national informatization development. Grid planning as an important link in power grid construction and development, carrying out rational power grid planning can not only gain great social efficiency, but also can obtain huge economic benefit. At the same time as the growing size of the power grid scale, the target variables which power grid planning involving are more and more, adopting the traditional single objective programming cannot satisfy actual design requirements,should develop from scheme comparison and experience mainly handmade way gradually to informationization and intelligent direction, furtherly improve the quality of power grid planning and credibility level. Based on the understanding and learning the application and development of GIS technology, this paper studied various load forecasting intelligent optimization algorithms, making action to the actual grid planning, studied the time load forecast and space load forecasting of concrete realization method; and while learning the location of the substation optimal algorithm,taking the optimization problem of newly-constructed substations study and analysis, the paper presents the bacteria algorithm for substation intelligent planning method, which in used in the actual programming, good results were obtained. Based on AutoCAD software platform, adopting the VC++and ObjectARX etc development technology, combined with ORACLE database, using all sorts of intelligent optimization algorithms, completed design and implementation work of grid planning system based on GIS and intelligent algorithm. In the actual grid planning application, the system software design highlights the intelligent characteristics and also make maintenance, management and information analysis and calculation of the grid the more informationization, efficiency, and standardization, meanwhile providing strong support for grid macromanagement decisions. |
