Research On Expert System Of Vehicle Fault Diagnosis Based On Breakdown Code

In recent years,with the rapid development of the vehicle diagnostic technology and the computer electronic technology, the automobile structure was getting more and more complex, the computerization degree was getting higher and higher.While these electronic control system was enhancing the power, the efficiency,the security and comfortableness,it has caused the vehicle fault diagnosis become more and more difficult.However, the new request of vehicle diagnostic technology what people set, also promoted the development of vehicle diagnostic technology, meanwhile it caused the vehicle diagnostic technology and the computer electronic technology more closer. Not only this may reduce the services cost, raises economic efficiency of the vehicle services, but also makes the objective evaluation to the vehicle product quality and the service quality, provides the essential data for the reasonable improvement of vehicle technology and the service technology, promotes the development of the vehicle industry.This article through the research to existing vehicle fault diagnosis equipment and fault diagnosis expert system, and through the the analysis and the investigation to the different vehicle manufacturer production's breakdown code, designs and realizes the expert system of vehicle fault diagnosis based on breakdown code which the breakdown read and the analysis unify.The system will make the collection of fault information and analysis of failure phenomenon closely,data detection and fault diagnosis of seamless connectivity,which enables the basic functions of fault diagnostic equipment based on CAN bus designation,and then comply the basic functions in expert system,meanwhile it has other fuctions such as the integration of fault code expert system,expert solutions,and self-learning ability. This not only saves the cost of diagnostic equipment, but also for providing a convenient vehicle breakdown maintenance and improving the diagnostic effectiveness of the work.
