| With the construction of smart grid in China, the Grid urgently needs a unified, high-precision time synchronization device. The device provide a reliable parameters of time to various secondary equipment for measurement and calculation.In this thesis, various ways that used to realize time synchronization of current power system were introduced and compared. And some deficiencies of them were found. Against these deficiencies, a program of new time synchronization system was proposed.First of all, this article introduced the related concepts and principles.include the GPS, BeiDou navigation satellite system and IEEE-1588 protocol Etc. And then, to use the GPS as the primary input of device was decided, and use the BeiDou navigation satellite system or other input signal as the reserve input of device. For higher accuracy of time, IEEE-1588 protocol was used as the primary time output way. Subsequently, this article described the hardware and software realization of new time synchronization system. For the input part, in this design, "GPS OEM Receiver+FPGA+MCU"method was used to achieve the time signal inputting and decoding. FPGA chip was used as a time signal reception and decoding. And MCU chip was used as the control and management of the device operation. For the output part, the method of using "FPGA+ DP83640" hardware structure to implement the network output of clock synchronization system was explained in detailFinally, the article also gives the test results in all aspects of device. the feasibility of the device Design was proved. |
