With rapid development of unban rail transit and the network, in the conditions of network-based operation, passenger flow Assignment will have new characteristics with building new lines and new transfer sites, the passenger's trip route will be more complicated and diverse. Establish the model which can reflect the passenger flow assignment of rail transit network will improve the accuracy of passenger flow forecast and make the traffic planning more scientific, so it is important to forecast the passenger flow for existing lines when building new lines and solve the problems of balanced operation, also it is of significance to research on AFC Clearing.Firstly, Paper summarizes the domestic and international assignment model of urban rail transit, and illuminates the differences between urban rail transit, railway and road in passenger flow assignment. Then paper discusses the characteristics and dynamic evolvement rules of passenger rail traffic network, and summarizes different travel behaviors and travel time characteristics between the frequent passengers and ordinary passengers. Based on analyzing the above concept, paper introduces how to build the network model and search the trip path, and use edge delete search method which based on the calculation of Floyd's most short-circuit search algorithm to search effective path.Then, the paper analyzes the influence factors of passenger's path selection, considering comprehensive impedance of the travel time, comfort, convenience and dynamic evolution. According to different types of travel time and different passengers paper establishes different impedance function for passengers, including accurate calculate the time cost in transfer facilities, the queue time, the delayed time because of crowded, which is more similar with actual situation. In order to study of the passenger flow distribution quantitatively, paper build Logit model, using maximum likelihood method and SPSS software to estimate the parameters for the model under different conditions. Then paper establish database to storage network model and impedance numerical algorithm, and use a programming language to develop passenger flow distribution systemFinally, taking the three different distance OD whose O point or D point in Beijing 5th subway line for example, paper quantitatively calculate out of the passenger flow assignment proportion between each OD in effective path, and calculate the AFC Clearing proportion of 5th subway line based on barrier-free transfer mode, and analyzes different assignment characteristics of different types OD according to the results of passenger flow assignment proportion. This paper also adds the new line of 5th subway line in existing network system, predicting the change of assignment proportion and AFC Clearing proportion in the case of building new line.
