With the rapid development of high-speed railway in china, there will be 12,500 kilometers of high-speed railway to be built until 2012, which will make up "four vertical and four horizontal" basic structure of the high-speed rail network in our country.As for high-speed railway, transportation production is integrative with quick rhythm because of heavy traffic and high speed so that making adjustment is difficult when disturbance occurs.The planning high-speed railway will adopt "mixed operation of high-speed trains and medium-speed trains"'which makes high-speed railway train operation more vulnerable to be under the interference of the uncertainties.To ensure safe and efficient operation of high-speed railway, the study on train operation adjustment optimization theory and methods will be more important. The optimization theory only with consideration of certainty variableswill can not adapt the actual high-speed railway operation environment which is significantly affected by the uncertainty.Therefore,the research on optimization theory with consideration of uncertainty to solve the high-speed train operation adjustment will be much necessary.In this thesis, first, on the basis of the deepening understanding of research results for both the adjustment theory of train operation and classical train operation adjustment model, and according to the characteristics of the high-speed train operation adjustment, the model of the high-speed train operation adjustment is constructed. Then, according to the parameters and constraints features of the high-speed train operation, the train range running time, the deterministic constraints of the model are turned to be fuzzy constraints based on the fuzzy theory, which include the train section running time, the train station stopping time, and the train tracking headway, and also we determined the membership function for the fuzzy constraints. So, the initial model with deterministic constraints is turned to be fuzzy model, then it is given the steps and methods of the tolerance method to solve the fuzzy model, which is based on Zimmermann symmetric model solution idea. Finally, taking the Hu-ning section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the example, we develop the corresponding programs based on IBM ILOG optimization platform and JAVA development environment to establish the new high-speed train operation adjustment simulation platform on the basis of the proposed model and algorithm in the paper, and then simulate the delay situation, the speed restriction situation and the composed situation with delay and speed restriction, which effectively verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm described in this paper that is based on fuzzy uncertain solution idea.This paper provides a set of solutions for high-speed train operation adjustment under fuzzy constraints.It is a useful research and complement to the theory of high-speed train operation adjustment and provides support in decision-making for auto-adjustment.
