With the rapid development of science and technology, mechanical equipment is becoming more and more large, high-speed, high strength,high performance and automatical. However, there is also covering a crisis. That is to say, suppose there is something wrong with the equipment, the damage from the fault is serious. The system is equipment which makes the controlled weapon maximize energy efficiency. It's running state direct influence the weapon runing safely. So the researchon of fault detection and diagnosis on controlled circuit board is of momentous practical significance.First of all, this paper analyses the development and current situation study of fault diagnosis technique at home and abroad. Because of the problem of detection complexity, poor expansion and difficulty to aided maintainability, especially in the field of equipment fault diagnosis, with the problems of complex detect proceeding, poor extensibility and difficult auxiliary maintenance, the uncertain problem is account for the majority of the problem. So it establishes fault tree bayesian network model and applied dynamic bayesian network inference, combined Bayesian Network's theory and Hidden Markov Model to establish circuit testing model.On the basis, according to the overall principles of system development, taking industrial control computer as monitoring operation unit, and data acquisition and display by virtual instrument, it is essential to realize fault detection of component level circuits, which improves automatic level and fault location efficiency. In this paper, hardware configuration, software development platform and the design process of fault detection and diagnosis are analyzed in detail.This equipment has simple frame, reconfiguration online and good extension. Software architecture has upward compatibility and ease of maintenance. The technique had been proved that this system has better testing precision, high reliability and good repeatability, which will greatly enhance the efficiency of functional-testing and fault location. And the measuring accuracy and reliability meet the request of application.
