| With the continuous development of STATE GRID CORPORATION OF CHINA,electricity load peak and valley becomes larger,and contradictions become prominent between relative different areas and different power supply units. For an example, in Jilin province, which is one of the three northeast provinces, the main contradiction we are facing is that the adjustment and matching cannot get balance between power stations, and the same thing happens between units in one power station. Because there is no monitoring system in our province,the dispatching center cannot control and coordinate. So, in order to make forward a single step of load dispatching, ensure the security and stability of the power grid, and provide more scientific basis for accurate, we design and implement this system.The paper mainly includes six parts:The first three chapters introduce both the background and meaning of the project, and explain the project goals. We also show relative technologies of on-line monitoring system and further expound advantages of B/S structure and JAVA programming language. Principle of Database and Operating System is elaborated in this paper.Chapter Four is the main content of the thesis. We introduce demand analysis and parts of the function of the system. JSP inherits the advantage of the JAVA. The B/S system can be applied in many platforms and increases the work efficiency。And it can improve the speed of the system running. JSP has become the criterion of B/S structure. Browser/Server is an improvement for Client/Server structure with the rise of the internet. The B/S is a structure which is easy and convenient. The browser is the client. Oracle 9i is a new database which provides better function on the internet. It is very suitable for large enterprise management because its characteristics can repair themselves. So it provides convenience and large amounts of data for maintenance.We describe the main work of author in Chapter Five, which is making detailed work in drawing monitoring figure aspects. The author uses JFreeChart to complete the work more perfectly. The paper explains main difficulties of technology and designs thought for online real-time monitoring and load curve. The main content of the load curve is how to put a fixed position into relative positions in the screen. Then we use some technology of JFreeChart to complete the function which is real-time monitoring for mouse moving and clicking. Meanwhile it can draw the cross when the mouse moves to at this point. Applet and Servlet mutual transmission is the main matter in the online real-time monitoring figure. Data is character in the database and the data is transferred to Servlet. This chapter is the main context of the paper.Chapter Six is the summary of the paper. Practice proves that this system meets both national standards and local standards. And it can be widely used.On the base of similar foreign developing documents and related products, this system combines our practical circumstance and exploits it by ourselves, which makes the system strongly operational and easily maintained. Because it points to the enterprise′s development, whether in technical or economic benefits, this system has its certain advantages, and it provides a good foundation for the extensive application. |
