With the implementation of Western development strategy,highway of ShaanxiProvince developed very rapidly.However,besides material design was unreasonable,design concept was conservative,structural design was unreasonable,Can not adapt localconditions to consider the environment and the load on the influence of the structuredesign.Which led that some asphalt pavements have suffered a series of early functional andstructural damage shortly after the opening to traffic.This not only reduced the usingperformance of the asphalt pavement,shortened the service life of the asphalt pavement,but also increased the later the maintenance of cost.In order to ensure asphalt pavement canmeet life cycle using performance requirements,at the same time can reduce the life cyclecost.According to the traffic and the environmental of xi-tong highway,studied thereasonable structure of total life cycle asphalt pavement on xi-tong heavy traffic expresswayhad great significant and using value.At first, this article investigated and analyzed the traffic condition、 workingenvironment and cause of disease about xi-tong highway,belongs to the typical heavytraffic.And then,studied and analyzed traffic parameters、environmental parameters andmaterial parameters about xi-tong highway and put forward Standard axial load and loadingways about xi-tong expressway.Proposed how to determine the design parameter.Secondly,Using of the ANSYS software to establish the statics finite element analysis model,andtaking into account the impact of axle load and tire pressure on the structure stress,proceeding the analysis of mechanics in the different loading ways influenced the semi-rigidasphalt pavement,Analyzed the variation rule of the each mechanical design indexes underoverload;Meanwhile,analyzed the each layer thickness on the influence of mechanicalindexes.to some extent,put forward the thickness range of each layer;In addition, inorder to contrast with static,proceeding dynamic analysis of mechanics under overloadinfluenced the asphalt pavement,discovered that loading force was more unfavorable;Finally,adopted the design method and design flow of the total life cycle asphalt pavement, to determine the the Reasonable Structure of the Full-Life Cycle Asphalt Pavement ofXi-tong Heavy traffic Expressway.
