Breath Alcohol Analyzers Test Device To Achieve

The breath alcohol analyzers is the Public Security Traffic Management department to determine whether the drivers are driving under the influence to drive the main testing equipment, on-site certificate issued by the only means of enforcement. Testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of traffic police is the protection of civil rights and the administration according to law and fair enforcement of necessary conditions. However, the current measurement supervision departments have not yet suitable measurement test device to test the breath alcohol analyzers. Existing devices, configuration is simple, accuracy not easy to control, and does not match the actual situation of human breath could easily result in the breath alcohol analyzers test results of the error.This paper presents a device to calibrate the breath alcohol analyzers of a simulation of human breathing-out gas system to produce alcohol-breath principles. On the breath alcohol analyzers test method of measuring the improvement has played a certain role in promoting, for the further development of such a measuring device provided valuable data and in-kind.Paper first describes the metrological verification based on the current departments of the test device status and drawbacks, made a new type of breath alcohol testing instrument metrology, calibration and equipment design, analysis and discussion of the entire device structure and function.And then focuses on the design method of the device, including the exterior design methodology, hardware design methods and software design method. Experimental results show that the device is simple, practical, strong, able to achieve breath alcohol analyzers in all aspects of metrology and calibration requirements.
