The Design Of Breath Alcohol Concentration Detection System Based On ARM

There are many railway workers in China, it is not easy to manage them who exchange work time and position without permission, and the railroad workers were not allowed to drink when they were working. In accordance with the requirements of the railway management department, the staff needs to check the identity and detect the concentration of alcohol, and the results can be sent to the railway management server to improve the efficiency and reliability of the management of the railway staff. This paper designed a system to check the identify and alcohol concentration of the railway staff and is finished in the field of practice base. The main work completed as follows:1. According to the demand of railway management department, the system of breath alcohol concentration detection based on ARM is designed. The system has the function of fingerprint detection, alcohol concentration detection, voice function, display function and the function of communication with PC.2. For the system‘s hardware design, firstly, the overall framework of the system is determined, and the specific circuit design of the circuit is carried out by using Altium Designer, including signal acquisition and processing module, the main control module, audio file storage module, voice playback module, display module and power module circuit design.3. For the system’s software design, based on the Keil uVision software development platform, each software module is designed, including the design the bottom circuit and PC communication module, the alcohol concentration detection module, display module and voice storage module, These modules realize the overall function of the system. Establish a database to save the fingerprint and alcohol concentration data of the railway staff, using the system with the software to transfer the database information to the railway management server.4. For the system testing, the hardware circuit is tested firstly. After the circuit is in normal operation, the repeatability and indication error of the alcohol concentration are tested according to the national standard, test results meet the requirements. Then, the display function and the voice playing function are tested under different alcohol gas concentration test. Finally, the design can achieve alcohol concentration detection function, fingerprint detection function, voice function, display function and the function of communicatio n with PC.
