This paper, fusing the fault diagnosis:technology, database technology and integrate computer network technology, carried out a detailed needs analysis for the system of rotating machinery fault diagnosis, in this based on the function of the system for modular analysis and conclusion, meanwhile, use of Unified Modeling Language UML remote fault diagnosis of rotating machinery condition monitoring center with four subsystems:subsystem-line monitoring, reporting, statistics center subsystems, self-diagnosis subsystem, management subsystem in detail the background of the model, each subsystem are given use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and necessary activity diagram. After the model analysis, also in-depth research on key technologies:vector spectrum technology, socket communication technology, java multithreaded programming techniques, and Struts technologies which used in this system. Then integrated key technologies, summary the system proposed hierarchical strategy based on Struts:said service layer, control layer, persistence layer, and database layer. Finally, the realization of the system, and functions presentation after a system implementation in genera.
