| High pressure common rail fuel injection system is one of the key technologies to make diesel engine more efficient and clear. Electronic control system is the most important part to realize fuel injection's flexible control and fuel pressure's regulation. Research on hardware and software of electronic controlled system of high pressure common rail diesel is an important issue in advancement and self-exploitation ability of our country diesel industry. The paper deeply analyses and studies the design of hardware and software, drive circuit of solenoid valve, and experiment about high pressure common rail fuel injection system.First, the hardware circuit of system was designed. The design of hardware mainly contains the design of power supply module, MCU module, input circuit module, output circuit module and communication module. The output module contains high voltage circuit module, drive circuit of high and low voltage module, general design of drive circuit module.Second, the software of system was designed. It contains measurement of rotating speed, judgment of cylinder, design of high and low voltage, control system of PID, search and correction depend on MAP. And then, the paper also analyses the control strategy of injection pressure, fuel injection quantity and injection time combined with control theory and the request of special working conditions, such as starting, idling state.Finally, input circuit, output drive circuit and all functions of the control system were tested. The output drive circuit can drive solenoid valve quickly and effectively and meets the qualification of high pressure common rail diesel electronic controlled system, the test combined with diesel engine simulating experimental platform can meet the control qualification of diesel engine in various working conditions. |
