Application And Research Of Porous Asphalt Pavement In Mountain Expressway

Porous Asphalt Pavement is a skeleton-compact of the structure of porous asphalt pavement with good drainage, anti-slid and low-noise function, thus ensure the safety of driving in rain and ecological environment protection. At the same time, with the continuous progress of society, the requirements of the highway and urban arterial roads'function become more and more strict, mainly reflected in the driving comfort, safety and environmental protection. Therefore, the drainage asphalt pavement applies to many highways in rain region and has great promotional prospects in china.Based on the Porous Asphalt Pavement test road of Liu Qian highway in Anhui province, in the analysis of relevant technical standards and norms at home and abroad,through the laboratory test and analysis, the paper put forward the mixture demand of different raw materials and the aggregate gradation design target. Combined with design gradations of the existed pilot road at home and abroad, around the design void is about 20%, within the design grading, drafted three kinds of gradation to study different pass rates of 9.5mm on the performance of the Porous Asphalt mixture and experimental study different gradation mixture in mechanical performance, high-temperature stability, water stability performance, permeability performance and skid resistance such as permeable pavement performance, hereby put forward the optimal gradation.For the durability of the Porous Asphalt pavement, offered to Cantabro raveling test to evaluate its durability as an effective way. Experimental studies show that, the aging of asphalt mixture and the role of water are important factors affecting the durability of porous asphalt pavement; in the range of design gradations, the effect of the pass rates of the key sieve is significant, with the increasing of the pass rates of 9.5mm sieve, the raveling loss will reduce relatively, the durability will enhanced subsequently. And using high viscosity modified asphalt and hydrating lime to do filler, can effectively improve the durability and water stability of Porous Asphalt Pavement.Finally, combined with paving the Porous Asphalt test road of Liu Qian highway in Anhui province, explored and studied in depth construction technology of the Porous Asphalt pavement,and then provide further reference for the Porous Asphalt pavement paving on the highway in rainy mountain region in future.
