Study On The Landscape Renovation Design Of Villages

In recent years different place in all this country including towns and villages have undertaken the planning and layout of improvement of village living environment. According to dual track policy of Chinese urban and rural areas has long focused on the implementation of city, the environment of rural living area in environment theory and technology is relatively poor. Therefore, simply to use urban planning theory to solve problem in villages could not be applied. Sometimes it could even destroy the characteristics of rural areas and the ecological environment. Based on these problems, the issue of this thesis is proposed.This subject based on"questions- analysis of problems–to solve the problem". According to literature review, field research to obtain information. In the research of domestic and foreign village improvement case, in the real understanding of the quality of living environment in our province and the design and construction based on the scientific status. The research would use field survey and modern information technology to deal with the status data collection of the landscape of rural communities in Zhejiang province from different angles, such as point, line and plane. Successfully conclude the protection and development experiences to identify problems in work, analyze the formation of the crux of these problems, and propose solutions of ideas, methods, design and construction with the applicable technology to solve the problem. After the Village Landscape Improvement of Practice of Jiaxing Wang dian Town Jianlin village, the researcher take the balance plan with personalized technology to the villages of ecology, production, living organisms function and reasonable allocation, through the model, evaluation system to establish and develop planning guidelines for this method which proposed in this thesis could provide technical support and specific method for further promote the new rural villages in renovation design landscape of our province.The innovation of this thesis is to build a type of plain fishing village under the preliminary landscape design villages of three scales of 11 kind of "3 Ecology" of the village landscape mode the established "the landscape quality assessment system" of rural communities and applied it to new rural planning and design, to create not only a new contemporary but also with rural characteristics, national characteristics, local characteristics and the continuation of the historical context of the new rural landscape, so that farmers can not only enjoy the modern life, but also review past beautiful and idyllic life, so a beautiful face of new socialist countryside could be shown in front the world.
