| The reconstruction of old substation integrative automation provides reliable guarantee for the reform of operation management modes and enhance the automatic level of the equipment. It is an inevitable trend in the development of substation. Firstly, this paper introduces the functions, current situation of the substation integrative automation system. Secondly, the condition of 220kV Shouzhou substation's electrical installations, the common contents and design principles of upgrading design are introduced. The reform of old substation integrative automation adopted the advanced RCS-9000 system that developed by NARI-RELAYS ELECTRIC CO.LTD. With Windows platform, double server, dual-FEP configuration, dual-network for FEP and postprocess, the RCS-9000 system has safety, reliability, expansibility and openness. With functional integration, hierarchical and distributed structure, communications networking, on-screen monitor, digital display measurement, intelligentized operation management, the centralized control substation realizes the four-remote function. The modification could improve the system of power quality, the level of management and the system of anti-interference ability. |
