With the rapid development of the Electric Power Industry in our country, the wide application of substation integrated automation system,especially microprocessor relay protection equipments,which has a higner and newer requirement to the corresponding substation operation and relay protection testing technology.Based on advanced technology such as computer automation testing etc,microprocessor-based substation integrated automation simulation and training system has become an inevitable specific system in relay protection testing field of power system.The exploration and application of this system has a great active significance to improve substation operation and relay protection testing level,prevent incorrect actions of relay protection of electric network.A set of economical and practical microprocessor primary and secondary signal simulation system based on DSP technology ,meeting the development trend of the whole substation integrated automation training system ,is developed on the reference of a great deal documents domestic and overseas,and based on the research of history and present of substation integrated automation training system in our country.The system is a important part of substation integrated automation system.At the same time,it can become an independent power system product to meet the present test of relay protection equipment.Combined with a set of YK-2000 substation integrated automation system of Hunan ChangshaYingke company,it can be constituted a set of substation integrated automation simulation and training system,which has a great applicative potential and practical value.In the paper, the architecture and principle of microprocessor primary and secondary signal simulation system are introduced, some technology schemes of the signal equipment on forced synchronization are presented.the hardware and software are designed .The principle and the function of the whole hardware modular are analyzed in detail, the design ideas of the whole software are set forth.At the same time,the mathematical modules of the simulation system are set up, the architecture and function design of substation integrated automation system are researched,the key part designs of the whole system are introduced.Based on the practical experience of field work,the disturb sounce of substation integrated automation system is analyzed,and the field anti-disturb methods are concluded.Through the simulation and experiments, we can sure that the microprocessorprimary and secondary signal simulation system has the characteristic of small buck, light weight, high resolution, responsible operation, simple wire connecting and mistakes avoiding etc.It can meet various simulation requirement of substation integrated automation system and the need of present relay protection restings of power system ,and be adapt to the development of power system.Combined it with substation integrated automation system,the substation integrated automation simulation and training system has the wide applicative prospect in the power system of our country.
