Electric power industry is the basic of China’s economy,which deeply involves the economic development of society.In recent years,with the great improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for power supply reliability are also constantly improving.By the same time,with the rapid development of substation integrated automation technology,some substation integrated automation equipment does not meet the development of the times,but also beyond the life cycle,need to be eliminated and replaced.The research method of this paper is the combination of theory and practice,analysing the weakness of substation comprehensive automation transformation project,drawing the conclusion that there is a contradiction between equipment outage time,transformation time and manpower arrangement in the process of substation comprehensive automation transformation.On this basis,taking 110 k V Linhe substation as the example,this paper puts forward a new optimization strategy of substation integrated automation equipment-original panel transformation.This paper describes the advantages,risks,implementation steps and effectiveness of the strategy.In general,the strategy can effectively shorten the time of equipment outage,reduce the engineering cost and improve the work efficiency.
