The insulin pump is a high-tech subminiature electronic product for diabetes therapy, which integrates all kinds of technologies,such as the modern electronic technology,the microcomputer hardware and software technology,the motor control technology,the precision machinery applied technology and the bio-medical technology.It has many advantages including the micro-infusion, the smooth control of blood glucose, the high-precision and the high reliability and so on. The accuracy of insulin injection is the one of the most important indicators of an insulin pump.Because the insulin pump realises insulin injection by DC motor which drives the precision screw nut which transfers the rotary motion into the linear motion,the control algorithm of DC motor is the key to the precision infusion of insulin.Because the insulin pump in this subject controls the various infusion rate and infusion dose by controlling the speed and running time of DC motor,the speed control accuracy of DC motor is the key to the precision infusion.For the sake of the realisation of the precision infusion,in this subject the speed control based on PLL is applied.Because of the shortcomings such as the slow dynamic response and the narrow phase-locked range in the common speed control based on PLL,this subject designs the improved software PLL speed control algorithm which has the double control modes switching function,deeply researches how to design the controller parameters,and analyses the performance of the control system by Matlab.Besides,this subject particularly introduces how to select the model of DC motor and the transmission,to select the speed regulation and stability method,to design the discrete controller and to realise the control algorithm by software,which have something to do with the performance of the control system.
