With the rapid rising global demand for energy, the world energy production and environmental carrying capacity have become more and more overwhelmed. Environmental pollution and climate change issues are becoming increasingly severe. Energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the most important measures to building harmonious society which is advocated by the Chinese government, mitigate and solve the energy problem. Air conditioning system is a big energy consumer, consume large part if the whole social energy consumption, with providing comfortable and healthy indoor environment for people living and working. How to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning systems is the urgent project and important task to the insider even to the whole society.However, a lot of investigations show that for some reasons, almost all the air conditioning system are operating in low efficiency, low the operation level, waste a mass of energy, and there exist rather large energy conservation potential. To ensure the building air conditioning system is operating in the optimal condition, and achieves maximum energy efficiency, the performance verification of air conditioning system should be taken, and is very necessary and important. For an existing air conditioning system, to know the minimum configuration and the optimal operating parameters are the key questions that must be answered first before performance verification of the air conditioning system, and they are the premise and basis work for the performance verification of the air conditioning system. Based on the analysis and research of the two aspects, and starting from the elementary theory of the optimal operation and control of air conditioning system, a scientific, reasonable and practical theoretical system for guide the optimal operation and control of the air conditioning system is proposed in this paper.The theoretical system is proposed on the basis of supply in line with"demand"idea and emphasizes the system operating parameters should be varies with the different building load. According to the dynamic simulation of the building energy simulation software EnergyPlus, combined with an air conditioning system model describes the concrete application process of the theoretical system. Proposed the dynamic selection method of air conditioning equipment on the basis of the building loads dynamic simulation, and established the mathematical correlation and curve fitting diagram of main parameters node and the system part load ratio according to the analysis of the interaction between main parameters node and the system part load ratio.
