Research Of Progress-control Theory And Application On Highway Construction

Along with the scale of highway is increasing, the demand of highway project management is growing. The progress control is still the key to the highway project management. The research on the progress objectives control of highway will have practical significance for the progress control and project management of highway in china. To ensure that the highway project can be completed in accordance with the contract progress requirements and to upgrade the scientific management level and to improve the economic efficiency of highway project, the research of the progress objectives control has an important practical significance for highway project.Based on many references of progress control at home and abroad , the content of progress control is defined, and the characteristics of the highway project progress control is described, and the objects, methods and measures and factors of progress control is detailedly discussed in this paper. The system of highway project progress control is constructed and the basic elements of the system are profoundly analyzed. And the core content and the implementation of these subsystems about the progress plan, the implementation of progress control, organizational structure and the evaluation of progress control is respectively studied. Meanwhile, the operating mechanism of progress control system of highway is discussed.The implementation of progress control system in Guang-He highway project is detailedly described in this paper. Then the overall objective of the progress and the time limit for sub-objectives were determined; the progress plans at all levels were established; the management programs and measures of progress control were proposed; the agencies of progress control were set up for Guang-He highway project.The evaluation index system of implementation effect of the progress control system of highway is established. A model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established, and this model is applied to evaluate implementation effect of the progress control system in Guang-He highway project.
