But the scada system for remote function usually lack of effective security constraints. This remote operation which has weak constraint exist hidden fault in the operation and it is not easy to judge the outcome that will destroy power grid before operation. So study and development The Intelligent Misoperation Prevention System for Grid Dispatching has great meaning and value.The Intelligent Misoperation Prevention System for Grid Dispatching is a software system used to remote control or dispatch directly issued process calibration and control based on practical grid model and real-time data. In the full use of the SCADA system based on real-time data, it combines the intelligent ticket generation system, the operation procedure controlling system and the intelligent restraint system to work together systematically, to offset the insufficiency of the original dispatching automation system, which has been in favor to the surveillance functions rather than the order dispatching and remote control operation protection, and to configure an integrated dispatching automation system to be capable of adjusting instructions and constraining the remote operation security, and to effectively prevent the dispatcher both dispatching and remote control personnel's operating human errors.This paper studies the expertise systems, the integration of thought and the dispatching automation system based on the dispatching automation's integrated dispatching intelligence, to reveal the ideas of how the misoperation are prevented in the system, taking the previously conducted researches with achievements and shortages into account, and to clarify each function and requirement of the system, to design the software and hardware of the system, and the realization of error prevention's constraining mechanism and its methodical practice.
