With the development of modern control technology and advanced electronic components, permanent magnet AC servo system, as an important drive part of digital control machines and industrial robots, has developed to a high level and has been widely used in modern industrial manufacture. Therefore, to study the permanent magnet synchronous AC servo control system has a particularly important practical significance.In this paper the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed,the mathematical model of PMSM in the Synchronous rotation coordinate has been deduced. The permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory is expounded,the id=0 control, Maximum torque control, Weak magnetic control, cosφ=1 control and Maximum efficiency control is analyzed and compared with each other, then the id=0 control is choosen as the motor control theory of this paper. The fuzzy self-adaptive PID control is introduced, and the subsection fuzzy self-adaptive PID control is proposed.The PMSM model, subsection fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller and SPWM pulse generater is built and with SIMULINK.The PMSM vector control system is simulated and proved feasible.The hardware circuit of PMSM fuzzy PI vector cntrol system is design with TMS320F2812 DSP,including power circuit, IPM drive circuit, Protection circuit, current detection circuit, rotor position detection circuit,Keyboard and display circuit and power supply circuit of DSP.The software of the control system is also designed,including the main program, the timer interrupt service routine and the SPWM pulse generation program.In the end, the test results is given.
