With the rapid development of power electronics technology and the research of modern control theory in recent years, PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) has been widely used in the modern industry due to its simple structure, high efficiency and stability. This paper studied the physical construction and mathematical model of PMSM,and designed it control system based on DSP.The main contents of the article are as follows:Firstly, the background and the significance of the article are introduced, and the unique features and development status of PMSM are also given. Then the physical structure and established mathematical model of PMSM in three different coordinate systems is induced, and then several vector control strategies and SVPWM are given.Secondly, self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID control method based on classic PID control is derived. Then the simulation based on the Matlab/Simulink environment using the theories and deduction that are mentioned above are given, so that a theoretical basis for the following article has been provided;Finally, taking DSP as the CPU, the system including the main circuit, control circuit and protection circuit is designed. Then the modularization design of software and then the debugging of whole system are given.
