In recent years, the Hi-Tech local war indicates, the air force has been making a fight position during the Hi-Tech local war all the time and all initiating the attack of many rounds in daybreak or dusk. Fight under such complicated condition, the security that should not merely guarantee to fly, will reach the purpose to attack, this requires the pilot to keep faster reaction ability and accurate manipulation ability in the long-time flight. In flying, the pilot's fast reaction ability and fast and accurate operation are to finish the primary condition of the flight task smoothly, among them the reaction speed and movement pace are foundations. In the training for endurance of student's tempo of flying, the traditional training method mainly has no oxygen to train, through different distance, different intensity, means such as different interval,etc. come to develop students'pace endurance, and has ignored the influence on improving pace endurance and important function of aerobic training. Research this use thought of materialist dialectics, with develop, connection's and unity of opposites'view go, know thing, will probe into the influence on improving student's pace endurance of aerobic training and positive meaning tentatively.To improving research of pace endurance already very much both at home and abroad, but on mainly concentrating on having no oxygen method of training. It is rarely seen to improve the literature of pace endurance to aerobic training, especially the literature on influence on improving pace endurance in aerobic training and function is more rare, this research will probe into the influence on improving student's pace endurance of aerobic training and positive meaning tentatively. In the research results can be applied training in students'physical stamina to flying well, in view of aircrew's individual factor, strengthen the aerobic training of pertinence, changing only puts emphasis on not having training mode that oxygen was trained in the training which improved pace endurance in the past, propose the important meaning of aerobic training in improving pace endurance, especially keep taking exercises in the important meaning of ability all the life to the aircrew.Research this fly 50 man student divide experiment group and control group into at random, have no oxygen to train to combine to carry on the aerobic training of the lactic acid threshold intensity to the experiment group, the control group employs the traditional coaching method, last 12 weeks. Pass the step experimeng test,800 meters of students test, 1500 meters of testing, all-around five exercises test monitor with the psychological scale to appraise and train the result. The result of study shows, through on every content of measuring to the test of the above-mentioned events and training state, the experiment group trains the result to be obviously superior to the control group.
