In recent years,with the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the demand for pilot training is also getting higher and higher.At present,training institutions mostly assess the maneuvering ability of flight trainees by means of examination,on the one hand,the evaluation results are more general,which cannot increase the differentiation between trainees and can hardly reflect the real training level;on the other hand,the evaluation focuses on the output results and does not take the input into consideration.Under the premise of limited flight training resources in China,how to train flight trainees with high quality and high efficiency and provide qualified talents for airlines as soon as possible has become the focus of training institutions.Therefore,it is of great significance to choose a scientific method to analyze the flight training efficiency of trainees,make up for the shortcomings of traditional flight training evaluation,make improvement suggestions and standardize subsequent training.This thesis takes flight cadets who have completed the single-engine private license training course as the research object,focuses on the analysis of flight resources required for private license training based on the flight training resource demand,selects the input indexes that can reflect the training efficiency of the trainees,and establishes a scientific evaluation of the training efficiency of flight trainees based on the PCA-DEA method.This thesis focuses on the following aspects:(1)Analysis of the initial flight training course system.In this thesis a comprehensive analysis of the overview of China’s flight training curriculum system is firstly conducted,in-depth analysis of the curriculum characteristics and training objectives,etc.,and the training methods of current training institutions are introduced.(2)Analysis of flight training resource requirements.According to the flight training process,the required flight training resources are analyzed,and the concepts of "efficiency" and "training efficiency" are clarified.(3)The selection of training efficiency evaluation indicators.Based on the analysis of training resources,indicators such as training time and flight sorties were selected as input indicators;through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,flight training output indicators based on competency were selected.(4)Establishment of PCA-DEA based assessment model.Principal component analysis was selected to process the original indicators to obtain comprehensive representative indicators,and data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the training efficiency and construct the evaluation model.(5)Empirical study of flight cadet training efficiency evaluation.In this thesis,the training data of some flight trainees were selected for validation evaluation,and the evaluation results were analyzed by comprehensive efficiency analysis and slack variable analysis,and improvement suggestions were given for some trainees.The results of the study show that the analysis results obtained by PCA-DEA can reveal the problems of cadets with low training efficiency,and this method can also provide reference for the subsequent improvement direction of cadets and help to direct the training of cadets to a correct goal of making full use of resources.
