At present, mining fans are developing in a way of high efficiency and low noise.For the sake of the complicated tri-dimension fluxion in axial fan, it is very difficult to describe the condition of separate and its back fluxion of blade surface accurately. Especially in the process of designing and making blades, there are a lot of parameters variables, it is difficult to calculate, with the uncertainty of some parameter, this leads to the result of long period of designing, so it is difficult to meet the market requirements.This article are based on the theory of axial-fan designing, aiming at the designing process of the pivotal part—blades which is using advanced CAD/CAM software UG NX6.0 to analyze and sculpt the blades, after processing, numerical maching blade curving mould surface, and then use the mould to produce the blade products, and check the effect of airiness and lowering noise of the product. In order to realize the quick designing, producing axial-fan blade mould, it has brought much convenience in designing fans, and shortened the period of design and manufacturing and so it has important practical and engineering significance in promoting the advantages of the products'market competitive power. |
