Research Of 3A Safety Management Mode In Building And Construction

Building and construction was always the field of high accidences, which not only caused huge losses to people's lives and property, but also made a negative impact on the development of enterprise and industry, and even brought about a great threat on social harmony and stability, and economic development.In recent years, although safety management system for construction project had been established in line with China's conditions, but the casualties were still over a thousand each year due to safety accidents that caused direct economic losses of over ten billion Yuan. How to ensure the safe building and construction had been a focus of social attention.This paper put forward a type of safety management mode, both in theory and application, regarding the current status, comparing the safety management level with developed countries, integrating the theoretical study and actual operations on site. This mode focused on safety management of all staff being engaged in construction, comprehensive management for three-dimensional space of construction site, whole process management for different stages of construction project, with the aim of being transverse to the edge, vertical in the end, no blind space concerning safety management, in order to ensure the accident-free goal.
