The paper analyzes and summaries the development course and current situation of our nation house fitting industry and the interior design problem of house fitting. I have researched the interior design of house fitting on style and feature design, functional design, space design, technical quality, and design cost control through the methods of documentary investigation, qualitative analysis and induction.On the part of style and feature design, researches consider that it should be satisfied popular aesthetic needs and mass production principle. I pick several popular styles including contracted European styles, modern contracted style, new Chinese style and natural pastorale up to research each one's elements of style and feature and format with the features of house fitting construction technique.On the part of function design, researches consider that it should meet the principles of commonality, architectural design combining, and forward-looking design. It should be designed by these aspects which beautify interior space, arrange rationally functional space, convert structures and equipments, and raise the house physical property, environmental protection and house intelligence.On the part of space design, researches consider that it should meet the principles of commonality and flexility. The researches take these methods which are neutral, changeable, multiracial, space grow-able to design the interior space of house fitting.On the part of the technical quality, the paper researches the two parts which are material quality and construction process quality to state the intension of house fitting's technical quality. First of all, it analyzes that the finishing material parts and components play an important role for house fitting industry of China, and illustrates that the choice of material components should be prepared:definite materials, the way and range of the components'procurement;choice of qualified supplier; sealed well example for products. The paper particularly states the main materials and the components technique in detail, including the whole kitchen, the whole bathroom and woody products. Secondly, the paper analyzes and states the technical quality of construction process of house fitting, summarizes the problems of traditional construction process of China. The paper states in detail the standardization and modularization of the house fitting construction process, including fitting components of customization, field assembly and assorted products which begin to take shape.On the part of design cost control, the paper analyzes and exposits that how important it is for house fitting cost control. I analyze and investigate these aspects which are choices of materials, function design, shape-designing, and process design of finishing materials. We should work them:fixed description of materials;wood using reasonably; taking rational proposal;using simple and decent model under meeting needs of function of space and technical matters.;doing better with construction process design and decoration design.
