In the context of "Made in China 2025",Chinese manufacturers need to improve their own production design capability and enterprise competitiveness,and in China,most manufacturing enterprises in the face of a how to choose the problem.This part of the enterprise because of their own orders a wide range of business,according to the needs of the order will have different standards,so long in the past to produce a number of product standard system coexist situation.In the process of product design,domestic and foreign research is focused on the selection of technical standards strategy,and did not go to the product design level of the standard choice.In the absence of technical standards selection strategy,designers in the product design process to increase the difficulty,will inevitably be experienced and fuzzy production design,leaving the product can not meet the higher requirements.In this context,drawing on the modeling idea of the quality house(HOQ),the three-stage model of the standard house with the technical standard of the product is put forward to solve the problem of the selection of the technical standard in the product design process.Firstly,the paper analyzes the hierarchical mapping relationship between customer demand,product performance,design parameters and technical standards in the process of product design.The system puts forward the three-stage model of the House of Standard in product design stage: demand planning stage,prototype design stage and detailed design stage.Secondly,the relationship between customer demand and product performance is studied,and the standard house model and its decision-making process are constructed.The two tuple linguistic is used to calculate the weight of customer demand,and the planning model is established with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.Thirdly,the relationship between the product performance and the design parameters is analyzed,and the model and the decision process of the standard house in the prototype design stage are constructed.The triangular fuzzy number is used to express the product performance weight,the product matrix and the design matrix.To maximize the performance of the product to establish the planning model.Fourthly,this paper analyzes the mapping relationship between key design parameters and technical standards,constructs the detailed design stage standard house model and decision process,applies the value engineering theory,builds the planning model with the key value of the key design parameters,selects the optimal standard to fit The entire product of the production design.Finally,based on the planetary wheel design of a gearbox company in Chongqing,the standard room model was selected from the customer demand of the planetary wheel to the product performance,design parameters and technical standards.The feasibility and validity of the House of Standard are verified.The House of Standard model proposed in this paper can not only choose the standard in the standard system,but also can adjust the design parameters to optimize the product performance,and then set the standard for the enterprise.
