At present,the auto parts manufacturing industry is in a fierce competitive environment.How to efficiently and fully transform customer demand and produce products that satisfy customers has become the key to improving the competitiveness of enterprises.If enterprises want acquire and maintain sufficient competitiveness in the competition.So it is necessary to transform the traditional way of passively obtaining quality problems into a way of actively seeking and actively obtaining quality problems,continuously improve and meet customer requirements while fully understanding customer needs.Quality Function Deployment(QFD)system tools are used as the basis of the fulltext theory and application practice.To transform the customer's psychological demand for products and the desire for services into the realistic demand for their satisfaction degree.Adopt systematic,diversified and visual methods,fully identifying the needs of customers,and transforming the world from the customer's world to the world of technology with the quality house as the basic tool,so as to grasp the key quality characteristics and contradictions that need to be improved,When further determining the process parameters needs to be improved and controled,using the scientific method of Design of Experiments(DOE)for research and treatment of multi-factor experiments.Obtain and verify optimal solution by using the experimental data and calculations and analyze the influence degree of each factor.Through the application of the product improvement integration model based on QFD and DOE theory in SS enterprises,the results show that the improved model not only can effectively improve product quality and promote customer satisfaction,but also make up for insufficiency of the output is too subjective and unwieldy by single application of quality function method.Through empirical analysis to study the integration application of QFD and DOE,it mainly includes the following six aspects: First,it proposes the significance,content,methods and routes of research on the quality improvement of the auto parts industry.Secondly,starting from QFD,study the development of QFD theory,classified,smmarized and reviewed development and application.At the same time,summarized and analyzed the specific application of DOE methods in recent years.Analyzed the rationality and complementarity of combination application of these theoretical methods.Thirdly,introduced and summarized the main application principles and methods of the quality function deployment and experimental design involved in this paper.Fourth,study overall ideas and construction scheme of SS company's quality characteristics analysis and parameter optimization model.Fifth,study the application of the integrated quality improvement model in SS enterprises.Sixth,analyze and summarize the conclusions and shortcomings of the empirical,the extensive of the combination application in the industry and put forward the prospect.In this research,QFD is used as the framework.The idea of fully satisfying the customer's needs is reflected in each process of the quality house model construction.The key component characteristics,key manufacturing station characteristics and key process characteristics of the product are determined and decomposed from the customer's point of view.And build the corresponding quality house model.Combined with the DOE method,the key process characteristics decomposed in the quality house model are determined,solve the optimal process control parameters that meet the corresponding characteristics in the improved results,so as to maximize the satisfaction of customer needs and improve product quality and enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,it provides a new direction for product quality improvement model research.
