The steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestressing is a new type of floor form, compared with cast-in-situ concrete structure. It has short construction period, light-weight and better seismic performance , compared with internal prestressed structure, it has smaller prestress loss and is easy to be tested and to replaced prestressed reinforcement, suitable for big span structure, therefore, it is very important to develop and study this floor form. It is a entirely new project.The dependent report is not seen yet.This article is about the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing and the mechanics properties of the composite panels and nonlinear finite element analysis were made in theory, main studies were following:In consideration of the external prestressing structure deformation conditions, the article established the external prestress increment with force method and derived the calculation formulas of prestress increment with deviators and no deviators;According to the difference of the neutral axis position, the thesis analyzed stress-strain diagram of the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing ,then according to section of simplified form, the paper established flexural strength formula of the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing, and deduced elastic flexural strength formula, flexural strength formula, of the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing;Based on mechanic properties and deformation characteristics of the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing, the thesis used finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing model, this model in corrugated steel sheet and concrete interface to join contact element, after repeated commissioning, and comparing with the results comparison, the article got a set of correct modeling method, the result meet analysis accuracy. Using the model, the thesis analyzed many factors for its bearing capacity and the influence of interface slip, such as the concrete strength grade,the strength grade of steel sheet;Using the method of establishing model and the cooling treatment, the article established the steel-concrete composite slab of externally prestresing, analyzed influence to bearing capacity and slippage effect. of many factors, such as the strength grade of concrete and thickness, the strength grade of steel sheet, interface coefficient of friction of steel sheet and concrete and prestress, the size of the external prestress.
