Along with the technology advancement, especially the fast development of power electronics, micro-computers, sensor technology, rare earth permanent magnet materials and motor control theory, the type of servo motor is in the changing period. As there are varies kinds of servo motor in industry fields, it is necessary and of great practical significance to develop a universal servo system driver.The research content of article was a kind of servo motor control system which is based on floating-point DSP TMS320F28335. The motor could be chosen either ACI or PMSM. We could use photoelectric encoder and rotary transformer to be the speed and position sensor. The motor servo control was realized by both the control strategy of position closed loop, speed closed loop, current closed loop and control algorithm of SVPWM.First of all, the article presented the math model of ACI and PMSM to analyse the control strategy of the two kinds of motor and how to implement. Then the hardware and software design were given by order. It was introduced the design method of IGBT connecting board, IGBT triggering board and signal conditioning board in the hardware design part. And in the software design part, the software design flow chart and the means of how to compile the program of control model were both given. At last, experiments had been done on the system and waveform analysis was given.In the end of article, It gave another duty of graduation design, design of dimmable LED power supply based on SSL2101.
