Research On Workshop Quality Stability Control System For Auto Parts Manufacturing Enterprise

In order to solve the problems of auto parts manufacturing enterprise, such as the instability of the workshop quality, the high percent of defectives and wastes, the construction of the workshop products quality was put forward. The detection module of workshop manufacturing process was analyzed in this paper. In the long run, the relationship between the quality stability and factors of workshop products was studied. The technology of statistics process control was used to ensure the quality stability of workshop products. The feedback control scheme for the analysis result and improvement recommendations of the workshop products quality stability was constructed. Then the key technologies of the system implementation were studied. Finally, the system was designed and developed, which improved the enterprise's workshop quality management. The main work of the paper is as follows:In chapter 1, the current situation of auto parts industry was introduced, as well as the quality management development, workshop quality management and on-line quality control. Based on the shortages of current study, the content and framework of this paper were proposed.In chapter 2, the detection module of workshop manufacturing process was constructed, while the make-up of the workshop product quality was analyzed. Then the control principle of workshop quality stability was proposed and the key technologies were analyzed.In chapter 3, the key technologies of the system were studied in detail and the data collection method was proposed. Then the relationship between the quality stability and factors of workshop products was studied using the theory of Gray correlation. And the technologies and methods for ensuring the quality stability of workshop products were studied. At last, the feedback control project of the workshop quality result and suggestion were constructed. In chapter 4, the design program of this system, including the design methods, architecture and hardware structure, was elaborated. And then the function modules were analyzed. Finally, an example of the running instance of the system was given.In chapter 5, the research in this paper and a prospect for the future research work were summarized.
