On the vehicle-mounted system with increasingly complex and various kinds of electronic communication equipment, the evaluation of the overall electromagnetic compatibly is particularly important, in order to guarantee its normal work. However, the evaluation results got from common test and simulation can only be a single and device-level. So this paper is presented, where the overall electromagnetic compatibility of the integration and system-level is focused, and the evaluation methods and software design are researched. This work has a very important theoretical and engineering application value for the vehicle-mounted system.Firstly, the evaluation index system and various indices type are determined, based on the factors influencing the performances of the vehicle-mounted system and related theoretical analysis. Then, the appropriate quantitative methods are chosen for different targets in the system. Secondly, researches have been done, on the ANP (Analytical Network Process) algorithm solving the index weight and on the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) algorithm used as overall assessment; Thirdly, for the purpose of providing a reference basis to use the methods, the sensitivity of the deviation is analyzed, which is caused by the subjective factors when the ANP algorithm's coefficient is calculated. At last, the TOPSIS algorithm is optimized by the fixed positive and negative ideal solution and the methods of compliance solution, in order to satisfy needs of the size of objective closeness in practice. Finally, the integration of the comprehensive assessment methods and the software development are completed by using Visual Basic programming language, and the index system and assessment system established in this paper are verified to satisfy the vehicle-mounted system electromagnetic compatibility performance comprehensive evaluation requirements, by taking an example with practical data.
