In order to ensure the normal operation of the satellite antenna, during the coursesof the design, test or the expansion process after being launched into the space, it isessential to make real-time and online monitoring of the shape or the state of thesatellite antenna. Once some fault occurs, it is important to make the timely response.In this paper, it mainly discusses the failure propagation analysis of a satelliteantenna system based on the Fault Tree model and the Petri Nets, and design thecorresponding analytical application software. Firstly, drawing on the relevant literature,the Fault Tree model of the launch failure of the satellite antenna system is established.Secondly, using the conversion principles between the Fault Tree model and Petri Nets,the Fault Tree model is converted into the Model based on Petri Nets, and meanwhilethe properties of the network is defined. Thirdly, the failure propagation predictionprinciple is discussed theoretically, and the corresponding code is written.Then, a faultof the satellite antenna system is supposed to occur, and the desired results areresoundingly got. Finally, using C++Builder, the fault propagation analysis software ofthe satellite antenna is designed.
