Ammunition fuse which belongs to initiating explosive devices is special for the strict demand of the high quality security seals and efficiency. Due to the experiential design of the persent sealing mechine,a lot of sealing leakage and other inferior products cause the low efficiency and a great waste even delay the work progress. The optimization has been studied on the parameters of the temperature and angle (pressure) of heating appliance and time of sealing which are the main cause of the low efficiency. It also means a lot to imropve the efficiency, the security of the same kind.The heat exchanging of the sealing machine and the plastic box has been studied by means of the basic knowledge of thermodynamic theories. To get the thermal distrebuting graph and for the purpose of optimizing the structure and temperature of sealing the sealing procedure had been theoretically calculated and simulated by the finite element simulation software which is called ANSYS. These parameters such as sealing temperature,sealing angle and sealing pressures will be a strongly sustentation to the optimization.The objective transfer law of pressure temperature and working efficiency of the sealing procedure by the formidable explicit analysis module of ANSYS has been simulated and analysed. And suggested the secure and efficient paramenters. Obtains uniform and efficient heat distributing graphs. Also stated bearing capability of the fuze to insure the security and efficiency.
