Research On Key Techniques Of Portable General Ammunition Packaging Sealing Machines

Every year a large amount of manpower and materials will be invested to carry out the ammunition routine detection test, in order to ensure the quality status of ammunition and to provide reliable basis for the use and storage of the ammunition for higher authorities. Sealing test of ammunition package is the primary item of routine test. Ammunition packaging, as the main guarantee method of ammunition, is the key to improve the support ability of ammunition and its sealing is the premise of ammunition quality guarantee. Therefore, ammunition packaging sealing test is an effective method to master sealing status of ammunition packaging and is an important way to ensure the quality of the ammunition.In this paper, sealing detection of ammunition packaging can be finished with the use of general ammunition seal testing drilling machine rapidly, automatically, and accurately. And the testing results will be presented in various forms timely. This research has great significance in ammunition packaging seal testing and military ammunition logistics guarantee. The main contents are as follows:(1) Based on this essay, the existing principles and the applications of sealing detection method are researched and compared; the advantages and disadvantages of different sealing detection method and its applicable scope are analyzed. In the meantime, the adaptation level between the different sealing detection method and this project is analyzed, so that the most suitable measuring method of this topic can be chosen.(2) According to the selected sealing detection, pneumatic control principle of drilling machine are researched, and some of the key technologies must be improved to make the whole pneumatic control part more perfect. One the one hand, it should satisfy various function requirements of the seal test, on the other hand, it should be more portable.(3) The working process of sealing detector is researched and analyzed, and the seal detector control circuit and power circuit are designed, it makes the sealing detector has the function of automatic control, at the same time, test results will be displayed by displays and buzzers.(4) The control program of instrumentation control circuit is designed according to seal detector work process. At the same time, the simulation circuit is built with PROTEUS simulation platform. The automatic control circuit functions are simulated, and the control program is optimized, so as to verify the feasibility of every function of sealing detector control circuit.
