With the development of science and technology, the human society has come into digital age at the end of the 20th century. In this period, more and more adjunct functionalities have added into one product, thus the product become difficult to understand and operate. In this case, the problem of how to improve quality and efficiency of human-computer interaction has been brought into focus. That is why the research about interaction design comes up.The product's usability can be improved by good interaction design. However, the user's requirement of a product is receive good user experience-user can use it easily and spontaneously-not just for functionality and usability. It presents that product design has come into a new age-design for human's emotion needs.Proceeded from this target, a concept of perceptual factor has been brought by this text, and how to create a superior user experience was deeply researched. The main research content of this text is studying and application of factors that related to user experience of product. Perceptual factors that would affect user's affection during the procedure of interaction from five aspects of product, user, cultural, environment and social were deeply analyzed. Perceptual factors that can be applied to interaction design were analyzed from aspects of building user's confidence and joviality, and how to use these factors were ascertained. The major research method is Scenario-Oriented Design. During the course of analyzing the research method, the way of leading-in user research data to persona to build scenario and deeply analyze user's perceptual factors were particularly described. In this article, the family-used ink-jet printer has been re-located and re-interpreted though a actual case study-family-used ink-jet printer concept design. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the perceptual factors from aspects of product, user and environment were researched. By scenario-oriented design method, user's potential needs were unveiled to build perceptual factors'information model of family-used ink-jet printer. Then this information model was transformed to specific product concepts. At last, suggestions and actionable goals of future family-used ink-jet printer trend were provided by the concepts.
