Automobile design is one of the most complex product design.Generally,it can be divided into automobile engineering design and automobile modeling design.Automobile modeling design can be divided into interior design and exterior design.Among them,interior CMF(color material finishing)design is one of the most important factors to improve the user satisfaction and the quality of interior decoration.In CMF design,color and material have strong perceptual factors.Proper selection and collocation of them can effectively cause the perceptual resonance of users,thus further improving the use experience and enhancing the user experience.This paper analyzes the defects of traditional automobile interior CMF design,and establishes an innovative design method of automobile interior CMF combining with perceptual engineering.It can provide a method to verify the perceptual matching degree for many automobile CMF design schemes,so that the CMF design scheme can more meet the perceptual needs of users;the introduction of perceptual engineering can provide theoretical support and guidance for the design process,and improve the working efficiency of designers in interior CMF design.The specific research work and contents can be summarized as follows:In this paper,the current situation and market of CMF design of new energy vehicles are analyzed.In addition,the paper puts forward the CMF design theory and experimental method of introducing perceptual engineering,studies the relationship between perceptual engineering and automobile interior decoration CMF design,expounds the connection and value between them,and establishes innovative interior decoration CMF design research method by means of onion model analysis.Compared with the traditional CMF design method,this design method has more theoretical support.From an objective point of view,it can deeply analyze the user's perceptual needs,so that the scheme design can better meet the user's perceptual needs.Carry out the research of CMF perceptual evaluation difference of automobile interior based on perceptual engineering,which proves that there is perceptual difference between designers and consumers,so as to pave the way for later research.The mapping relationship chart between them is established,one is the perceptual image;the other is the design elements of automobile interior decoration CMF.According to this chart,designers can intuitively obtain the design elements that meet the users' perceptual intention,and complete the CMF design scheme of automobile interior decoration faster and more efficiently.Three dimensional model of Tesla Model 3 is established by rhino3 d NURBS software.Based on the 3D model,keyshot 6 rendering software is used to render the color and fabric of different schemes of the model,so as to obtain the experimental group and the control group.Through the combination of semantic analysis and eye movement analysis,and the use of SPSS statistical analysis software for experimental data analysis,experimental verification from the psychological and physiological level of consumers,compared with the general single semantic analysis method,more scientific and objective data support,greatly improving the accuracy and feasibility of the experiment.
