In order to improve the high-speed railway competitiveness of China at home and abroad,the first generation of Chinese Standard Motor train unit was organized by China General Railway Company,which was associated with CRRC,some universities and other relevant units.At the beginning of the new assembly line,it is necessary to test and analyze the key components and systems.In this paper,the load energy consumption of the auxiliary power supply system of Chinese Standard Motor train unit is tested.Through the analysis of the results of the load energy consumption data to evaluate whether the design of the auxiliary power supply system is reasonable.And it can provide the data support for the optimization design of the auxiliary power supply system of the next generation of Chinese Standard Motor train unit.Firstly,the structure and working process of auxiliary power supply system of Chinese Standard Motor train unit and the design source of capacity parameters of auxiliary power supply system at home and abroad were studied in this paper.Chinese Standard Motor train unit are equipped with 4 auxiliary converters,there is no complete test to verify the capacity parameter design of the auxiliary power supply system at present.Therefore,it can be used to calculate and analyze the medium voltage load energy consumption of the auxiliary power supply system of the Chinese Standard Motor train unit,and to further evaluate the capacity design of the auxiliary power supply system of the Chinese Standard Motor train unit.On the basis of the above research,the ARM microcontroller is used as control core and the external circuit was built in this paper.The multi-channel data acquisition equipment for load energy consumption of EMU is designed.The current transformer is collected by the current transformer,and the load voltage is collected by direct contact line.Data acquisition equipment has the characteristics of anti-electromagnetic interference,small size,light weight and so on.Secondly,in the design of PC control system center data storage and display system using the Labview software,the data collected from lower machine up through the on-board Ethernet switch data storage and curve drawing,in order to prevent the transformer card wrong position,as well as equipment failure,fault display,data entry processing,storage and other functions in the software system,and provide technical support for the stable operation of the whole equipment.A year of follow-up testing,has accumulated a large number of relevant data.Through a comprehensive analysis of the text data,analysis of the Chinese Standard Motor train unit auxiliary power supply system of medium voltage load characteristics,energy consumption and load the actual value and the nominal value of the difference between in the process of applying power consumption.At the same time,the paper analyzes the actual consumption of the unit power consumption under different conditions,and concludes that the parameter design of the auxiliary power supply system is reasonable.At the same time,it also provides technical support for the future design of auxiliary power supply system in china.
